Welcome to our PAC's hot lunch and fundraising website! Here parents can place hot lunch orders for their children and take part in any fundraising events that support out school community.
Our PAC believes that when parents are involved and informed, our children benefit from a stronger, more supportive school environment. By working together, we can ensure every child has the best possible school experience.
The Hot Lunch Program is run entirely by volunteers
NEW Accounts Each Year
In Accordance with Canadian Privacy Protection Laws, all Hot Lunch account accounts are deleted at the end of each school year. Parents must re-register each September.
*If you had a credit on file from last year, it will transfer to your new account as long as you register with the same email.
FIRST TIME LOGGING IN?Click Here to create your account. Step-by-step instructions can be found under the "Documents" tab.
FORGOT YOUR LOGIN? Click "Forgot Password" in the top right corner of the login box to reset.
NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER? Orders can be edited or canceled anytime up until 11:59pm on the posted closing date. After that, the system will no longer accept changes.
CHILD ABSENT? If your child is away, their lunch is not wasted. It will be resold. If you'd like to pick up your child's lunch, please call the office and leave a message for the hot lunch team. We'll set it aside in the canteen fridge for you.
UNPAID ORDERS?Balances are due at the end of each month. Accounts unpaid for more than 2 months will be frozen until payment is received. No Exceptions.
WHERE DO I SEND MY ETRANSFER?Send payments to bertambrosetreasurer@gmail.com (please include your child's name in the notes!)
REFUNDS? No refunds will be issued. If you need to change your order, please see the section "Need to change your order?" for details. In special circumstances, exceptions may be considered.
HOW DO I VOLUNTEER? At We rely on volunteers to help distribute lunches to classrooms. If you're able to help, we'd love to have you join us. A current criminal record check is required before volunteering.
